At CM Jewellery Designs Limited, our delivery service aims to ensure the swift and safe shipment of your purchases, to the postal address specified in your order. CM Jewellery Designs Limited aim to dispatch all online orders within a time frame of 1 working day and aims that all deliveries will be received by the customer within 3-5 working days. UK customers can opt for standard delivery (1-3 working days) sent via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class and express delivery (pre 1pm the next working day) sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® which is subject to various charges. Customers should allow for one additional day when to comes to deliveries to off-shore islands, Northern Island or the Scottish Highlands. If, for reasons for which you are responsible, the goods cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges will apply in the event of redelivery required. In these cases, the shipping and return costs will be borne by you.

​Returns & refund policy

We are happy to accept returns if you have changed your mind. Starting from the day you or a third party appointed by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the ordered good(s) you can return all items purchased on CM Jewellery Designs Limited website within 14 days. It is important to note the following conditions:

Earrings:

Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer returns on earrings. We only offer returns on earrings if your item is faulty. 

​Non-earring items: 

Your item must be returned in exactly the same condition as received – unworn and packaging intact with any tamper seals not broken.

We do not offer exchanges.
